Brompton bike bag

Brompton knew their folding bike would have to be adaptable to any situation in order to meet the needs of all its riders. That's why they incorporated a way to easily attach six different Brompton bags to their bikes to easily expand storage space.

The various Brompton bags are aimed at different uses and riders but there is something for everyone. If you have been searching for a way to carry more on your Brompton folding bike then adding a luggage system and Brompton bag is the way to go.

Dahon bike bags

Folding bikes are pretty popular modes of transportation for city streets these days. The only problem is that every business isn't as accommodating about bringing a bicycle inside, even when folded. Instead of forcing riders to park bikes outside, folding bike manufacturers have developed a series of bags and covers to conceal the folded package. This way, a folding bike can be checked in a coat check at a nice museum without any questions asked!

Dahon has a wide range of folding bikes, and not surprisingly, a wide range of folding bike bags and covers. Since each one of these bags has a specific use, we decided to outline some cool features about each bag, to help riders pick the right one for their bike. Read about Dahon's folding bike bags!

Dahon midtown mini folding bikes

There's a new line of Dahon folding bikes coming out! Dahon Midtown Mini folding bikes are somewhere between the compact folding bikes with 20" wheels we are used to and the full sized folding bikes with 26" wheels of recent years. These Midtown Mini folding bikes have a more standard bike frame geometry while retaining the 20" wheels.

The result is a folding bike like the Dahon Smooth Hound or Bull Head. These two folding bikes exemplify the diversity of the Midtown Mini folding bike line. They are fast, strong, light and folding. Read more about the New Dahon Midtown Mini Folding Bikes.

Xootr Kick scooter addiction

A few years ago I bought my first Xootr kick scooter. Little did I know, this little scooter I bought for recreation would lead me down a path that would lead to dependency and addiction - to a scooter! I found that I just couldn't go anywhere without it!

Maybe it's the convenience of the lightweight deck or the easy fold-up package, but I almost never leave the house without my Xootr scooter. Is it an addiction? Maybe. Is it unhealthy? It certainly beats walking! Read about my spiral into Xootr Scooter Addiction.

Bionx bike motor

The world of electric bikes is divided firmly between two groups of riders: those that prefer a smooth pedal-assist motor, and those that are looking for the cruise of a throttled ebike. Many times, looking solely for one aspect of the bike can be polarizing, and many great electric bikes are overlooked by prospective customers. This is a big mistake because what one bike may lack, it can make up for in many other places

For a person open to alternative options, the BionX electric bike motor kit has both modes of operation built into its intuitive system. It has four levels of intelligent pedal-assistance, as well as a powerful thumb throttle. In addition to being built into many electric bicycles, the BionX motor kit is available as an electric conversion kit for a standard bike. Take a look at the Two Sides of BionX and decide if this unique kit is right for you!

Motorized bicycles fight obesity

Adding an electric bike conversion kit to a bicycle is a great form of physical therapy. Ask anyone who has been on crutches how long it takes for them to walk normally again. Using an electric bike conversion kit, the electric power can do most of the work while the weak limb builds up some strength. It's the perfect way to recover from a surgery or a major operation.

For older riders suffering from arthritis, an electric bike conversion kit may be the perfect ticket to feeling young again. With most of the stress off of the weak joints, a bicycle ride can be fun again, rather than painful. There are many different types of electric bike conversion kits that fit to almost any bicycle. It's a great way to enjoy bicycle riding, despite your health condition.
